She is survived by : her daughter Teri Sanders (Gary) of Columbia, MS; her grandchildren, Eric Ryals (Jody), Orry Sanders (Tina), Erin Ryals, Nick Sanders and Jeffrey Ryals (Dawn); her siblings, John G. Eckerl (Jane), Ingeborg van Goethem and Johanna Newby; and her great grandchildren, Kade Ryals, Kaleb Ryals, Kaylee Ryals, Karter Ryals, Hudson Sanders, Hayes Sanders, Ryleigh Sanders, Weston Sanders and Grace Ryals. She is also survived by Nephews and Nieces.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hathorn Funeral Home (167 Hwy 198, Columbia, MS 39429). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at the Woodlawn Cemetery (1409 Hwy 98 E, Columbia, MS 39429).
