He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Morris Burt of Columbia, MS; his children, Joey Burt (Julie) of Waveland, MS and Jani Purvis of Hazelhurst; his grandchildren, Megan Fasick (David), Jeremy Burt, Jessica Purvis and Jenna Purvis; and his great grandchildren, Savannah Fasick and Grayson Fasick.
