He is survived by: his wife Maydres J. Miller Ramshur of Columbia; his children, John Kevin Ramshur (Kathy) of Columbia and Lisa Polk (Andy) of Madison; and his grandchildren, Karen Pittman (Dusty) of Columbia, Lisa Miller (Peyton) of Arkansas, Dwayne Sistrunk (Kelley) of Laurel and Corbin Spencer of Madison. He is also survived by five Great Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hathorn Funeral Home (167 Old Hwy 98 E, Columbia, MS 39429). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
