He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Pettis (Sullivan) of Columbia; his children, Kaitlin Pettis of Lynxville, Wisconsin and Kevin Pettis of Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Garrison, Daven Becwar and Willow Pettis; his friends, Jamie, Janet, Taner, Katie, Gunner and Theodora; and his brother Joe. He is also survived by nieces and great-nephew.
