He was predeceased by: his former wife Elizabeth Cooper Robbins; his son Kenneth Hart; and his parents, Castus Robbins and Iva Watts Robbins. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Hitt Robbins of Columbia; and his grandson Matt Hart.
