He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Emler and Billie Bracey; his siblings, Kay Morgan, Sue McNabb, Robert "Bobby" Emler and Billy Joe Emler; his nephews, TJ McNabb and Robbie Emler; and his parents-in-law, Marilyn Thompson and Don Thompson.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Emler; his daughters, Tina Neal (Chris) and Traci Tinajero (Cuco); his adoptive daughter Sherry Cooper; his grandchildren, Trent Lord (Nyla), Amber Bounds (Tony), Michael Lord (Catie), Tyler Tinajero and Daniel Tinajero; and his great grandchildren, Bella Lord, Seeley Lord, Matthew Bounds, Layken Bounds, Hunter Bounds, Mayleigh Lord, Kayleigh Lord, Lincoln Lord and William Neal.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the North Columbia Baptist Church (385 Columbia Purvis Rd, Columbia, MS 39429). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
