He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Thomas "Tommy" Sistrunk and Elsie "Dielie" Sistrunk; and his uncle Billy "Bull" Sistrunk. He is survived by: his wife Karly Whitehurst; his sons, Krew, Kohen and Kamp; his parents, Paul Whitehurst and Amy Sistrunk Whitehurst; his brothers, Austin Whitehurst (Laney) and Grayson Whitehurst (Jaleigh); his nephew Waylon; his niece Ellee; and his cousins, TJ Sistrunk (Amber), Joel Sistrunk (Vivian), Jasmine Sistrunk, Taylor Lindsey (Kyle), Zeal Sistrunk (Courtney), Nathaniel Sistrunk (Landee), Zachary Sistrunk (Courtney), Samuel Thompson (Penelope) and Carley Sistrunk.
