He was predeceased by : his wife Margaret Booty Kluka; his daughter Sara Kluka; his parents, Steve Kluka, Sr. and Betty Jane Darr Kluka; and his brothers, Robert Buster Kluka and Tommy Kluka.

He is survived by : his daughter Yolanda Donley; his siblings, Johnny Kluka and Susan Bixler; and his cousin Pamela McHale.
