He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Tom" H. McNeese Sr. and Ada V. Sylvest McNeese; and his siblings, Nancy "Nan" Elbert and Rickey McNeese. He is survived by: his wife Linda McNeese; his children, Michele McAllister (Gilbert), Stacey Peavy (Dale), Adam Fadden, Wendy McKenzie, Dustin McNeese and Carrie Rayner; and his siblings, Janet Stewart and Chris McNeese (Tracey). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
