She was predeceased by: her father Marshall H. Austin Jr.; and her grandparents, Perry, Cleta Ford, Gertrude and Marshall Austin.
She is survived by: her husband Patrick H. Encinas; her daughters, Peri Encinas Jaime (Oscar) and Alexandra Encinas; her mother Callie Ford Austin; and her brother Mike Austin. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A rosary will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Brophy Chapel (4701 N Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85012). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Saint Francis Catholic Cemetery (2033 N 48th St, Phoenix, AZ 85008).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Breakthrough T1D (formerly known as JDRF and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation), Colorectal Cancer Alliance, and Hunkapi Farm in Scottsdale, AZ.
