We announce the death of Ashley Springer (Columbus, Mississippi), born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on September 6, 2026, at the age of 52. Ashley will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her father John Springer; and her grandparents, Richard, Myrtis Springer, Carter Thompson and Maxine Harris.
She is survived by: her mother Pam Springer; her daughters, Savannah and Emma McGhee; her grandchildren, Liam Sanchez, River McGhee, Archie Hunter and Oakleigh McGhee; her niece Sadie Springer; and her sister Kim Bannon.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Gunter Peele Funeral Home (716 2nd Ave N, Columbus, MS 39701).
