She was predeceased by: her father Huey Johnson; her husband George Lee Brown, Jr.; and her siblings, John William Johnson, Causie Johnson and Kathleen Goree.
She is survived by: her siblings, Charlene Jones of Columbus, MS and Charles Johnson (Elwanna) of Steens, MS. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
