He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Adkins and Mary Lou Geer Adkins; and his grandparents, Major H., Rispie Geer, Charles and Edith Adkins.
He is survived by: his brother Charles L. Adkins (Margaret) of Columbus, MS. He is also survived by cousins, and numerous friends.
