He was predeceased by: his father Clyde M. Kerr; his wife Mavis Catherine Bounds Kerr; and his siblings, Louise Kerr Cash, David Kerr and Bobby Kerr.
He is survived by: his children, Vickie Kerr Hemby (Vernon) of Columbus, MS and John Kerr of Columbus, MS; and his sister Adaline Fendley of Columbus, MS. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren, 4 Great Great Grandchildren.
