He was predeceased by: his parent Lorainne Alexander Shelton; and his sister Carolyn Jones (Butch). He is survived by: his wife Karen Moore Shelton; his daughter Jennifer Caldwell (Andy); his granddaughters, Sarah Caldwell and Mary Grace Dodson (Austin); his great grandchild Briar Dodson; and his siblings, Joe Shelton (Beverly) and Marianne Lowry.
