He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoyt Sylvester and Farrell Vaughan Fulgham; and his brother Gary Wilburn Fulgham. He is survived by: his sister Brenda Fulgham Nail (Andy); his nephews, Scott Fulgham (Allison), Drew Nail (Katherine), Tommy Nail (Lauren) and Ben Nail (Jordan); and his niece Patrice Curtis (Brad). He is also survived by 10 great nieces and nephews.
