With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carl Powe of Columbus, Mississippi, born in Buckatunna, Mississippi, who passed away on July 28, 2022 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Frank Powe; and his brother Roger Powe. He is survived by: his close friend Gwen Alvey of Columbus, MS; his children, Brian Powe of Philadelphia, PA, Lanthea Mangum of Hattiesburg, MS, Amber Powe of Huntsville, AL and Heather Fast of College Station, TX; and his sister Kathy Milstead of Mobile, AL. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
