With sadness, we share the passing of Christy Wilder of Columbus, Mississippi. Christy, born on May 14, 1976, passed away on August 31, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Christy Wilder to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Alfred, Claire Mae Wilder, Melvin, Anna Belle Orr, Wiley Taylor, Callie Duncan Taylor and Jerald Andrews; and her stepfather Gerald Douglas Taylor.

She is survived by: her parents, Rodger Wilder and Brenda Orr Andrews; her husband Eben Charles Hatch; her stepparents, Lucy Wilder and Jerry Andrews; her siblings, Sarah Sistrunk (Trey), Erica Blackledge (Chris), Marcus Taylor and Amanda Taylor Dodson (Will); and her nieces and nephews, Bryan Sistrunk, Jacob Sistrunk, Marcus Orr Taylor, Jr., Ethan Wilder, Hunter Wilder, Avery Taylor, Lila Taylor, Kahlan Blackledge and Nora Blackledge. She is also survived by extended family members and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Mississippi University for Women Foundation or Mississippi School for Mathematics and Science Foundation.
