She is survived by: her husband Terry Moore; and her children, Bill Bailey (Susan), Chrissy Poole (Rob), Sydney Slade (Drew), Terence Moore (Lauren), Chris Moore (Kallie) and Melanie Gardner (Triston). She is also survived by her family and friends.
