He is survived by: his wife Ginny Doughty of West Point; his sons, Chris Doughty (Katie) of Starkville, Randy Doughty (Krystal Ortega) of Caledonia, Marc Barkley (Kay) of Grenada and Jon Jon Barkley (Arli) of West Point; his grandchildren, Madison Barkley Staten (J. D.) of Holcomb, Raeley Kate Barkley of Choctaw County, Jon Rayden Barkley of West Point, Jayden Ray Barkley of West Point, MaryJo Doughty of Starkville, John Hollis Doughty of Starkville, Declan Rey Doughty of Caledonia, Nick Gray (Mindy) of Caledonia and Madison Henderson (Chase) of Caledonia; his siblings, Rita Bezou of Kenner, Bill Doughty of Parksley and Kerry Doughty (Luzma) of Huntsville; and his pet Gabby. He is also survived by nieces, nephews. and other extended family.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calvert Funeral Home (27600 E Main St, West Point, MS 39773). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Calvert Funeral Home Chapel (27600 E Main St, West Point, MS 39773).
