He is survived by: his daughters, Daphanie Droney, Staphanie Harris and Shanna Ferrell (Cecil) of West Point; his sister Debra Newman (Steve); and his grandchildren, Sarah Droney, Christopher Droney, James Straw, Hartleigh Jo Ferrell and Riley Creed Ferrell.
