She is survived by: her husband Edward Vincent Murphy (Murf); her brother Doug Patterson (Patsy); her children, Aneva Holloway, Lesa Levering (Steven), Gary Holloway and Richard Holloway (Lawana); her stepchildren, Patrick Murphy (Beth), Kathy Merkel (David), Eileen Skaines (Mike), Brian Murphy (Cyndi) and Peggy Leiser; her grandchildren, Amanda Stokes (Jenni), Lindsey Stokes, Robert Levering (Kim), Thomas Levering, Delaine Holloway (Mikaela), Emma Holloway, Aaron Boyd (Alisha), Adam Boyd, Austin Boyd (Kathryn), Kaden Holloway, Rylan Holloway, Myka Murphy, Dr. Sarah Merkel (Trey), Rachel Merkel, Jordan Skaines (Gianina), Nikki Cowan (Jaylon), Michael Murphy, Matthew Murphy and Carson Leiser; her daughter Gail Daniels (Homer); and her granddaughter Nichole Rutherford. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.

Ahead of her death, Donna requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to a charity of your choice in her name.
