He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Moulds and Carrie Moulds. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann; his children, Dan Moulds Jr. (Cheryl), Mindy Klock (James) and Peti Madigan; and his sister Wanda Klug (Dick). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
