He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Leyton "Bud" Phillips (Joy) and Lucille "Lucy" Andries Phillips; his wife Renee; his children, Rayne Phillips and Garrison Reedy; his mother-in-law Barbara Mullins of Columbus, MS.; his siblings, Lisa Kerby (Allen), Leyton Phillips and Brian James (Summer) of Columbus, MS; and his brother-in-law Tim Mullins (Stephanie) of Ashland, MS.. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
