She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Reynolds and Millie Reynolds; her husbands, L. C. Underwood and Mayo Dowdle; her son Gary Underwood; her siblings, Tommy Reynolds, Billy Reynolds, David Lewis Reynolds, Verline Arnold and Dorothy West; and her son-in-law John Clark.
She is survived by: her daughter Dottie Underwood Clark; her sisters, Betty Ray Anderson, Jeanett Reynolds and Joyce Alred; her grandsons, Kevin Clark (Angela) and Brian Clark (Amy); and her great grandchildren, Sarah Clark, Landon Clark and Colton Clark. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
