She was predeceased by: her parents, Addie B. Joiner, and Isaac Joiner, Sr.; her brothers, David Joiner and Isaac Joiner, Jr.; and her granddaughter Antwanna S. Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Joiner of Columbus, MS, Mechelle Taylor of Columbus, MS and Renea Rogers-Rice (Glenn) of Columbus, MS; and her siblings, Willie Joiner of Columbus, MS, Eddie Joiner (Annie) of Columbus, MS, Alice Joiner of Columbus, MS, Curtis Joiner of Columbus, MS, Joyce Joiner-Manigo of Columbus, MS and James Joiner (Linda) of Montgomery, AL. She is also survived by six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
