He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Ellsworth and Sally Bradford Mauck; his in-laws, Robert W. (Jack) and Lillian D. Tubb; and his brothers-in-law, Clifton Miller, Robert Borden and Hank Jolly.
He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Brad and Amanda Tubbs (Chad); his grandchildren, Winston Mauck, Jameson Mauck, Lillian Tubbs (Ellie), Nash Tubbs and Wyatt Tubbs; his sisters, Marchita Mauck and Paula Miller; his sisters-in-law, Delane Jolly and Jackie Borden; and his caregivers, Cherokee and Tiffany. He is also survived by numerous nephews and great nieces and nephews.
