He is survived by: his mother Martha Fox Bostick; his wife Jeanie Pennington Bostick; his children, Gina Ledbetter (Glen), Leslie Mooney (Houston), Gayla Rye (Steve), Neal Bostick (Ashley), Joe Bostick (Hailey), Nathan Bostick and Troy Henry (Holly); and his siblings, Perry Bostick (Cassie), Heath Bostick (Amy) and Cathy Herron (George). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
