With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Barbara Stephens of Columbus, Mississippi, born in Waukegan, Illinois, who passed away on March 21, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Alvin Collins; and her siblings, Isaac Collins and Marie Tewell. She is survived by: her children, Alvin Stephens of Hartsville, SC, Allen Stephens of Columbus, MS and Normia Stephens of Brooksville, FL; and her siblings, Fred Collins of Lompoc, CA, Kathleen Strain of Waukegan, IL and Rosemary Parker of Las Vegas, NV. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren.
