It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick G. Tate of Columbus, Mississippi, who passed away on January 22, 2023, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anderson Tate Sr. and Anna Tate of Washington; and his brothers, Rufus Tate and Anderson Tate, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Jacqulyn "Jackie" Green Tate; his children, Maranda Latham of Columbus, MS, Xena Tate of Columbus, MS, Brianna Tate of Columbus, MS, Sabrina Franklin of Dallas, TX, Nigel Green of Muskegon, MI, Tyrolyn Thompson of Columbus, MS, Frederick "Lil Freddie" Tate of Dallas, TX and Nathaniel Rice of Columbus, MS; and his siblings, Margaret Hill (Terry) of Conyers, GA, Shirley Williams (Hilbert) of Columbus, MS and Johnny (Catherine) of Chicago, IL.. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
