He was predeceased by: his father Odis Goodwin; and his sister Marsha Ethridge. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Goodwin; his mother Wilma Goodwin; his sons, Phillip and Daniel Goodwin; his stepson Benjamin Nelson; his grandchildren, Hattie and Miller Nelson; and his brothers, Paul and Bently Goodwin.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
