He is survived by: his wife Ann Beard; his children, Tasha Elizabeth Wright (Greg) of Caledonia, George Anthony Beard, Jr. of Columbus, Mark Allen Foster (Meagan) of Columbus and Wanda Redmond (Joe) of New Hope; his grandchildren, Victoria Wright, Paige Wright, Thomas Phillips, John Phillips, Chloe Redmond, Ian Meyers, Bradley Redmond and Ellie Foster; his great grandchild Fisher Wright; and his brothers, Bobby Beard (Rita) of Columbus and Victor Purtha (Cindy) of La Porte, Indiana..
