He was predeceased by: his father Charles Barrentine; and his siblings, Charles Barrentine, Jr., Ralph Barrentine, Lester Barrentine, Sam Barrentine, Sadie Parker, John Barrentine, James Barrentine, Catherine Barrentine and Joseph Barrentine.
He is survived by: his wife Agatha Lee "Gay" Barrentine; his children, Marion Irvin "Junior" Barrentine (Lois), Teresa Gay Gallagher and Michele Lee Swindle (Mike); his grandchildren, Timothy Barrentine, Stephani Robertson, Casey Smith, McKenzie Swindle, Chris Hackworth and Angie Hackworth; and his brothers, Bill Ballentine of McCarley, MS and Thomas Barrentine of Cherry Long, GA.. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
