Douglas of Columbus, MS, John Shields (Eddie Mae) of Harvey, IL, Johnny Nick Stevenson of Chicago, IL. and Edet Douglas of Chicago, IL.; her grandchildren, Ny'Kyra, Ja'Nya, John Jr., Edet Jr., Jaceion and Armani; and her great grandchild Ka'Ash. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
