She was predeceased by: her father Gordon ONeal; her husband Malcolm Owen Smith; her son Mitchell Smith; and her brother James Underwood. She is survived by: her children, Carmen Booker (Danny) and Michael Smith; her grandchildren, Michelle Dolinar (Mike), John Booker and Melodie Blease (Craig); her great grandchildren, Maxx, Madi, Grace, Brett and Bennett; and her sister Mary Alice Bobo (Alvin). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
