It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Glenn of Columbus, Mississippi, born in Hickory, Mississippi, who passed away on February 23, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father William Ed Glenn; his wife Dorothy Shook Glenn; his children, James Mitchell Glenn and Nancy Glenn Purcell; and his siblings, Lonnie Glenn, Leroy Glenn, John Otha Glenn, Clarence Henton Glenn, Lora Glenn Fuller, Mary Gertrude Glenn and Mattie Jo Cleveland.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Coleman, Linda Bordeaux, Beverly Wheeler (David), Edwin L. "Butch" Glenn and Alan Glenn (Billie Sue). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
