He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Edward Bailey and Mary Lou Sheppeard Bailey; and his brother Ben Bailey. He is survived by: his sons, James Wiley Bailey, Jr. (Gene) and Michael Duane Bailey (Debbie); his wife Mildred Bailey; his sister Mary Jane Cox (Ernie); his grandchildren, Tina Inzer (Josh), Kalyn Fuller (Bryan) and James Bailey; his great grandchildren, Anniston Alice, Anslee, Cooper, Wes, Scarlett and Anthony; and his sister-in-law Jean Bailey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
