He was predeceased by: his parents, Walton Pannell and Eloise Pannell. He is survived by: his wife Nina; his daughters, Candice Brown of Columbus and Donna Bain (Keith) of Carrollton; his grandchildren, Blake Brown (Anna) of Huntsville, Carrington Bain of Cullman and Clark Bain of Carrollton; his great grandchild Adrian Brown; and his sister Janet Usher. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
