He is survived by: his parents, Gregory Fornoff and Patricia Stoltzman Fornoff; his wife Brittney Van Ness; his sister Kathryn McMullin; his grandparents, Phyllis and Jack Matthews; his aunt Kathleen Redmon; his uncle Brian Redmon; and his cousins, Julianna Redmon, Genevieve Redmon, David Stoltzman and Greg Stoltzman.
