She was predeceased by: her husband Kermit Lee Jenrette, Jr.; her brother Prentiss Elmer Ming; and her parents, C. P. "Ted" Ming and Maggie Triplett Ming. She is survived by: her daughters, Carla J. Craig (Billy) and Gwen Brantley (Richey); and her siblings, Nancy Prestridge, Duane Ming (Lily), Alton Ming (Judy) and Shelby Ming (Jeanie). She is also survived by six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
