She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandmothers, Sis, Cap'n Kat and Katherine; her parent Reuben Searcy; her sister Martha Searcy Rice; her children, Vee Ferguson (Beth) of Columbus, Katherine Kerby (late Michael) of Columbus, Eleanor Smith (Buzzy) of Florence, MS and Barbara Miles (Keith) of Columbus; her grandchildren, Harper Ferguson of Denver, CO, John Laws Ferguson (Ashlee) of Nashville, TN, Eli Kerby (Kaitlin), Katherine Maer Kerby of Nashville, TN, Reuben Smith (Hailey) of Florence, MS and Lilah Searcy Smith of Nashville, TN; her great grandchildren, Reuben Avery Smith and Lovie Smith of Florence, MS.; her nephew John Rice III; her nieces, Diane Rice Carter and Katherine Rice O'Connor; her caregivers, ComForcare and Katherine; and her family, Janet Rhett, Meka Young, Suzi Cotton and Traci Hillman.
