He was predeceased by : his father Roger Dale Easley, Sr.; and his brother Roger Dale Easley, Jr.. He is survived by : his mother Wendalyn Ballentine Cantrell; his son Alex Blaylock; and his siblings, Angela Walker, Lisa Brasfield, Diane Gilliam, Vera Shaw, Cindy Morgan and Keith Brasfield. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
