He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sherry Vann Phebus; his daughters, Terri Phebus, Traci Wall (Alan), Tammi Baudoin (Bruce) and Tiffany Cooper (Ryan); his grandchildren, Isaiah Cooper, Olivia Cooper, Landon Hinshaw, John Alan Wall, Tori Brown (Tyler), Nyki Baudoin, Tia Harris (Norris), Taylor Baudoin, Bruce L. Baudoin III, Bryce Baudoin and Brendan Baudoin (Katie); his great grandchildren, Fynn Cooper, Diamond Harris and Norris A. Harris III; his sister Peggy Weybright; his siblings-in-law, Donna Moses, Lori Dawkins, Johnny Vann (Jennifer) and Scott Vann (Carol); and his parents, Emerson Phebus and Mabel Phebus. He was also cherished by numerous nieces & nephews.
