He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Leyton (Bud) and Lucille Andries Phillips (Lucy); his sons, Parker Phillips (Emmalee), Thomas Madison Phillips and John Allen Phillips of Columbus; his stepbrother Brian James (Summer); and his grandson Elliott.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Home Chapel.
