She was predeceased by: her parent L. C. Millican; her husband Gerald Banks, Sr.; her brother Gary Millican; and her sister-in-law Sue Millican. She is survived by: her children, Mitzi Jackson, Gerald Banks (Kelley), Kenny Ballard (Robin) and Mitch Banks; her grandchildren, Haynes Banks, Grant Banks, Skylar Banks, Kyle Ballard (Hope), Preston Ballard and Blaine Jackson; her great grandchildren, Cammie Ballard, Miley Ballard and Cohen Ballard; and her nieces, Kim Millican and Angie Kelly.
