With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lynn Wright of Columbus, Mississippi, who passed away on June 17, 2022 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Loyd Wright, Sr. and Jo Etta Lipsey Wright. He is survived by: his wife Ginger Howell Wright; his sons, Josh Wright (Caroline), Jody Wright (Meredith) and Jonathan Wright (Pearl); his siblings, Loyd Wright (Susan), Larry Wright (Kathy), Luther Wright (Penney), Lane Wright (Carol) and Beth Wright Ludwig (Michael); and his grandchildren, Roper Penny, Thomas Wright, Levee Wright, Lydia Wright, Wellesley Wright and Landon Wright.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to St. Jude Children's Hospital, Pickens Academy, c/o Head Coach Mike Smith, Bessemer Academy, c/o Head Coach Jonathan Wright, Tuscaloosa Academy, c/o Head Coach Josh Wright or the University of West Alabama, c/o Head Coach Brett Gilliland.
