We bid farewell to Marc Kelcey Weathers of Columbus, Mississippi, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 10, 2025 at the age of 52. Marc Kelcey touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his wife Karen Weathers; and his grandparents, Bessie Howard, James Howard (Shorty), Murray Weathers and Nellie Montgomery Weathers.
He is survived by: his parents, Frances Weathers (Howard) and Stanley Weathers; his children, Brittani Brown (Robbie), Marc Stanley Weathers (Tristan) and Taylor Weathers; his grandchildren, Ellington, Rollins Brown, Alfee Weathers and Auggie Weathers; the mother of his children Dana Weathers; his sister Kim Gates (Bill); and his aunts, Barbara Davis, Jimmie Nell Davis and Faye Avery (Danny).
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church (1791 Lake Lowndes Rd, Columbus, MS 39702). A funeral service was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude.
