He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Jefferson and Betty Jean Hartsell Pruitt. He is survived by: his daughter Katie Weathers of Millport, AL; and his siblings, Tina Smith (Greg) of Columbus, MS, Debbie Alford (Rob) of Lawrenceburg, TN, Jay Pruitt (Dianne) of Brooksville, MS, Joey Pruitt of Columbus, MS and James Daniel of Columbus. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cockrell Funeral Home (3478 Jefferson St, Macon, MS 39341).
