She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Flake and Tabitha White Flake; her husband Doc Hudspeth; her daughter Terri Hudspeth; and her siblings, Maggie Eaves, Clinton Flake and George Flake.

She is survived by: her son Richard "Ritchie" Hudspeth (Jennifer) of Madison, Mississippi.; her sisters, Ruby Rogers, Martha Fulcher (Leroy), Kat McBrayer and Elaine Dooley (Tommy); her grandchildren, Will Hudspeth (Shelby), Ethan Hudspeth, Sara Hudspeth and Bonnie Hudspeth; and her great grandchildren, Anna Lee Hudspeth, Katie Elizabeth Hudspeth, Wyatt Easton Hudspeth and Addelyn Raine Hudspeth.

Memorials in honor of Minnie may be given to the Alzheimer's Association, 8180 Greensboro Drive, Suite 400, McLean, VA 22102.
