She was predeceased by: her parents, George Winter and Elizabeth Hepbron Winter; her spouses, Thomas Harold Perry and Col. Paul Mark Ryan; her brother George Winter Jr. of Euless, TX; and her daughter Pamela Perry Ward (Jimmy Rand Ward) of Augusta, GA..
She is survived by: her son Thomas H. Perry Jr. (Karen) of Slippery Rock, PA. She is also survived by four granddaughters, seven great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
